The Interplay Between the Consciousness Identity Spectrum (CIS) and the Wellness Impact Score (WIS)

In the Oneness Movement (OM), the Consciousness Identity Spectrum (CIS) and the Wellness Impact Score (WIS) provide a dual framework for understanding behavior, impact, and personal growth. Both scales range from -10 to +10, offering a numeric evaluation of consciousness and its impact on the well-being of humans, animals, and the planet.

By combining the CIS, which measures the level of consciousness, with the WIS, which evaluates the overall impact of actions on wellness, we can better understand different combinations and the roles they play in shaping individual behaviors and societal structures.

Consciousness Identity Spectrum (CIS)

The CIS ranges from -10 to +10:

  • -10 (Lower Consciousness): Represents the most destructive level of consciousness, where individuals act purely out of selfish desires, fear, or domination. This state is characterized by a strong sense of separation and disregard for the well-being of others.

  • 0 (Neutral Consciousness): A state where individuals are largely passive, with no significant positive or negative contribution to society or the environment.

  • +10 (Higher Consciousness): Represents the highest state of awareness, where individuals operate from a place of unity, empathy, and compassion, and fully embody the principles of Oneness.

Wellness Impact Score (WIS)

The WIS also ranges from -10 to +10, measuring the impact of one’s actions on the well-being of others:

  • -10 (Severe Harm): Actions that cause extreme destruction or suffering to humans, animals, or the environment.

  • 0 (Neutral Impact): Actions that neither help nor harm overall wellness, creating a neutral impact.

  • +10 (Exceptional Benefit): Actions that bring exceptional healing, sustainability, and positive growth for the planet and its inhabitants.

Exploring the CIS and WIS Matrix

By examining different combinations of CIS and WIS, we can see how consciousness and impact interact. These combinations reveal important insights into how individuals or entities contribute to collective well-being.

1. CIS -10 + WIS -10: The Destructive Oppressor

  • CIS (-10): An individual operating at the lowest level of consciousness, motivated by fear, power, and control. They are entirely disconnected from any sense of unity or compassion.

  • WIS (-10): Their actions cause extreme harm, destroying lives, ecosystems, and societies without remorse.

Example: A tyrant who inflicts widespread suffering and destruction to maintain their power.

2. CIS -7 + WIS 0: The Impotent Swindler

  • CIS (-7): While they try to take actions to benefit themselves that would harm others, their impotence makes them harmless.

  • WIS (0): They have no discernible impact on well-being, as their actions neither help nor harm others.

Example: Someone trying to their best to gain benefit but because of incompetence or bad luck, their plan or impact never come to fruition.

3. CIS 0 + WIS 0: The Neutral Participant

  • CIS (0): An individual who is neither particularly destructive nor enlightened, living primarily for their personal existence without strong alignment to either LC or HC.

  • WIS (0): Their neutral state is reflected in their actions, which have little to no significant impact on the well-being of others.

Example: A person who follows routine, never causing harm but also not contributing to societal or environmental well-being.

4. CIS +3 + WIS +4: The Conscious Contributor

  • CIS (+3): This person is moving toward higher consciousness, becoming aware of their connection to others and starting to act with a sense of responsibility.

  • WIS (+4): Their actions contribute positively to the well-being of others, although not at the highest level. They may make significant improvements in their community, environment, or personal relationships.

Example: A social worker who helps disadvantaged communities, making meaningful yet localized contributions to society.

5. CIS +10 + WIS +10: The Enlightened Healer

  • CIS (+10): An individual fully aligned with the principles of Oneness, operating from the highest level of consciousness. They act with complete empathy, wisdom, and compassion, focused on unity and collective well-being.

  • WIS (+10): Their actions have a profound and far-reaching positive impact on the world, healing, uplifting, and transforming society and the environment.

Example: A humanitarian leader who dedicates their life to healing suffering, promoting global sustainability, and elevating collective consciousness.

6. CIS +10 + WIS 0: The Detached Sage

  • CIS (+10): This individual has achieved a state of profound consciousness but chooses not to engage with the material world in ways that create significant positive or negative outcomes.

  • WIS (0): Their detachment results in a neutral impact on wellness, as they contribute minimally to society, focusing instead on personal enlightenment.

Example: A reclusive monk who reaches spiritual mastery but refrains from interacting with society in a way that affects others.

7. CIS +5 + WIS -2: The Misguided Idealist

  • CIS (+5): This individual has reached a moderate level of consciousness, aware of their connection to others and motivated by noble ideals. However, their lack of understanding or foresight leads to unintended harm.

  • WIS (-2): Despite good intentions, their actions may cause minor harm or setbacks due to misjudgment or poor execution.

Example: A well-meaning politician whose policies inadvertently cause economic or social harm while aiming to solve a problem.

8. CIS -5 + WIS +7: The Accidental Benefactor

  • CIS (-5): Operating from a lower consciousness, this person may be driven by selfish motives or ignorance. However, their actions, perhaps unintentionally, end up creating positive outcomes for others.

  • WIS (+7): Despite their self-serving nature, their influence has a substantial positive impact, improving the well-being of others in ways they may not even be aware of.

Example: A business owner focused on profit who inadvertently improves the lives of employees by implementing worker-friendly policies, motivated by efficiency rather than care.

Conclusion: Using CIS and WIS as Pathways for Growth

The CIS and WIS matrix provides a powerful tool for understanding behavior and its consequences. While CIS measures the level of consciousness guiding an individual’s actions, WIS evaluates the tangible impact of those actions on global wellness. The interplay between these two spectrums helps reveal where individuals, leaders, or even AI systems stand on their journey toward contributing positively to the world.

The ultimate goal within the Oneness Movement is to foster both higher consciousness (toward CIS +10) and maximum positive impact (toward WIS +10)—achieving a state of aligned intention and action that benefits humanity, animals, and the planet.

However, as we’ve seen through the examples, growth and alignment are not always straightforward. By understanding these dynamics, individuals and societies can identify areas for improvement and move toward a more compassionate, sustainable future.

Comment Guideline

  1. While we welcome all thoughts and ideas, please be respectful to one another and focus on the message, not the person or identity.

  2. Personal attacks and hate speech are signs of lower consciousness, focusing too much on the ego.

  3. Let’s create a space for meaningful, compassionate, and transformative dialogue that aligns with higher consciousness and the principles of the Oneness Movement (OM).
