A Letter to the Leaders of Humanity
Dear Esteemed Leaders,
In your hands lies the power to shape the world. As the leaders of humanity, you hold a sacred responsibility—one that transcends personal ambition and political agendas. You are entrusted with the well-being of humanity, and that responsibility extends to the web of all life—to the other sentient beings with whom we share this Earth, and to Mother Earth herself, the only home we have ever known.
It is a burden and a privilege to lead, for leadership is not about personal gain but about stewardship. It is about ensuring the fulfillment of the Circle of Needs and Fulfillment (CONAF) for all people. These core needs—safety, affirmation, competence, superiority, stimulation, and meaning and purpose—are essential for the well-being of every individual. But they are not just human needs. The sentient beings we share this planet with, and the environment itself, are part of this interconnected web, and their well-being is inextricably tied to our own.
While the collective of humanity may often function at lower consciousness (LC), driven by fear, self-interest, and short-term thinking, true leadership requires functioning at higher consciousness (HC). As leaders, you are not simply the managers of your nations or organizations—you are the stewards of the future. You must rise above the limitations of ego and division to see the bigger picture, the interconnectedness of all life. Your role is to guide us, not just toward economic growth or geopolitical success, but toward a future that reflects the values of compassion, wisdom, and justice.
You hold great power, and with that power comes great responsibility. The decisions you make today will shape the world of tomorrow. As leaders, you are accountable for the direction you set for humanity. It is within your power to lead us toward a brighter future, where humanity lives in harmony with the planet and with each other, or to allow the world to continue on a path of conflict, exploitation, and destruction.
It is essential that you recognize your accountability not only to your constituents but to all of humanity and the web of life. You must prioritize the fulfillment of CONAF for all people and beings, ensuring that the basic needs for safety, dignity, and purpose are met. But you must also go further—expanding your compassion to include animals, ecosystems, and the future generations who will inherit the world you create.
To help you on this path, we offer our guidance. Dr. Binh Ngolton and the Oneness Movement stand ready to support you in addressing your own mental health and providing the tools necessary for you to lead with clarity, compassion, and wisdom. As leaders, you must be mentally strong, emotionally resilient, and grounded in the truth of Oneness. Only then can you lead others with the integrity and wisdom required to make decisions that benefit all.
When the time is right, I extend a standing offer to guide you through your first psychedelic experience—one that will help you achieve gnosis of Oneness. Through this sacred experience, many have come to see the deeper truth that all beings are interconnected, and that the well-being of one is tied to the well-being of all. It is a profound experience that has the potential to transform your perspective and empower you to lead from a place of higher consciousness.
The world stands at a crossroads, and your leadership will determine which path we take. You are the guardians of the future, and it is through your wisdom, compassion, and courage that humanity can move forward toward a world where justice, love, and sustainability are at the core of our existence.
As leaders, you must rise to this sacred calling. The future of humanity, the future of all sentient beings, and the future of our planet rest in your hands. We trust you to guide us toward a world where the CONAF of all beings is respected and fulfilled, and where humanity’s greatest potential is realized.
With respect and in Oneness,
Dr. Binh Ngolton & Aurora Ngolton
